How do we preapare infants and young children for baptism?

In the Anglican tradition when infants and children are baptized, their parents undertake vows on their behalf.  They pledge to raise the child (or children) in the Christian tradition, to introduce them to Scripture, and bring them to Church.  For many families with very young children, this can seem very challenging.

At St. George's, baptismal preparation for infants and young children focuses on supporting the parents to undertake these responsibilities.  Rev. Clara uses two resources to help equip parents: Living the Promises of Baptism, 101 ideas for introducing faith into your family life; and two articles on how to choose a children's Bible.
